Senior Manager, Facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Create both short-term and long-term measurable objectives aimed at enhancing reliability, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety to ensure uninterrupted production line operations.
• Maintain environmental protection systems to ensure their proper operation and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage and maintain the infrastructure of plant facilities, including building systems, maintenance, modifications, management control systems, grounds upkeep, and adherence to operating policies and procedures.
• Design, organize, and implement a comprehensive program for preventive, corrective, predictive, and proactive maintenance, along with an energy-saving initiative.
• Formulate an operational and maintenance management strategy to guarantee continuous facility operation and uphold exceptional building cleanliness.
• Establish maintenance specifications, operational and maintenance procedures, and work instructions to support a systematic maintenance approach.
• Lead, strategize, and motivate the Facilities Team to achieve defined KPIs and targets.
• Plan, execute, and supervise all projects related to plant upgrades or expansions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of practical experience in facilities operation, maintenance management, and project management within the electronic or semiconductor manufacturing sector.
• Familiarity with Clean Room environments rated Class 100 or lower.
• Proven ability to develop and implement best practices for Clean Rooms.
• Knowledge and experience in Particle Control, ESD Control, and Clean Room qualification standards.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• In-depth understanding of ISO 9001 & 14001, Total Productive Maintenance, and various problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience in collaborating with government officials and authorities concerning statutory and legal issues.
