Job Overview

As a Senior Fulfilment Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless order processing and consistent supply across APAC markets.

Key responsibilities encompass:

• Oversee the complete order fulfillment process from initial order receipt to final delivery and invoicing
• Track order statuses and proactively address any supply or delivery challenges
• Collaborate closely with regional affiliates, logistics providers, and external partners to meet service level agreements
• Maintain real-time visibility of inventory levels and identify potential stock shortages or risks
• Generate operational reports and deliver insights to inform strategic business decisions
• Work cross-functionally with teams in supply chain, customer service, and commercial sectors
• Assist in process optimization initiatives, operational projects, and various ad hoc tasks

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in order fulfillment, supply chain operations, logistics, or customer service functions
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or regulated industries will be a plus
• Practical experience managing order-to-cash cycles and customer order fulfillment processes
• Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, or comparable order management platforms
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
