Senior Backend Engineer (Golang / Java)

Your role will involve designing, architecting, and developing internal systems and platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between back-end systems, front-end platforms, and databases. Additional responsibilities include:

• Enhancing the scalability, performance, and reliability of back-end systems.
• Diagnosing and addressing technical challenges to guarantee the smooth functioning of systems.
• Playing a key role in improving software development practices while upholding high standards for code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Documenting technical designs, system configurations, and implementation details for internal reference.

Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is required.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position.
• Expertise in Java or Golang.
• Experience with internet companies is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of Internet technologies (such as Linux, MySQL, MQ, caching, microservices) along with essential API development and integration experience.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale software platform initiatives, particularly in process systems and middleware (including Redis, Memcached, MQ, Kafka).
