Key Deliverables

• Manage end-to-end trade operations, market making, and exposure risk mitigation
• Handle listings, delistings, and corporate actions across trading platforms
• Monitor real-time exchange trades, market depth, and product performance
• Build and implement SOPs for trading operations, client fund management, and risk controls

Role Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a fast-paced fintech or broking environment
• Analyze trading data to optimize exchange performance and client experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define SLAs and develop operational dashboards
• Coordinate with third-party exchanges for trade escalations and corporate compensations
