Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Security Consultant specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM), you help organizations understand and govern the full identity lifecycle throughout their enterprise. You leverage commercially available IAM platforms to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) and to manage user identities effectively.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Design Identity Management Systems: Build a secure and efficient identity management framework for the organization using IAM solutions such as ISIM/ISAM, Cloud Identity/Okta/Sailpoint/MS Entra.
• Develop Automation Scripts: Create scripts to automate the provisioning and migration of identities across Cloud, OT, IOT, and enterprise IT using directory services such as TDI and AD, and protocols including SAML and OAuth.
• Implement Single Sign-On Solutions: Deliver Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities with commercially available IAM tools to manage user identities effectively.
• Manage Identity Lifecycles: Support organizations in understanding and running the entire identity lifecycle within their enterprise, maintaining secure and efficient identity management.
• Optimize Identity Management: Apply hands-on expertise with SAML, OAuth, and scripting to improve identity management systems and ensure smooth integration with existing infrastructure.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Identity Management Tools Expertise: Demonstrated experience with commercially available IAM tools such as ISIM/ISAM, Cloud Identity/Okta/Sailpoint/MS Entra, to provide Single Sign-On (SSO) and manage user identities effectively.
• Directory Services Proficiency: Experience with directory services including TDI and AD, along with practical experience working with protocols such as SAML and OAuth.
• Scripting and Automation: Experience developing scripts that automate provisioning and identity migration across Cloud, OT, IOT, and enterprise IT environments.
• Identity Lifecycle Management: Experience managing the full identity lifecycle within an enterprise to ensure secure and efficient identity management.
• Identity Management System Design: Experience designing secure and streamlined identity management systems using IAM tools.

• Advanced Scripting Knowledge: Experience with scripting languages to automate identity management activities, including building scripts for provisioning and migration of identities across multiple platforms.
• Cloud Identity Expertise: Experience with cloud-based identity management solutions such as Cloud Identity, Okta, Sailpoint, and MS Entra to deliver Single Sign-On (SSO) and manage user identities effectively.
• Enterprise IT Integration: Experience integrating identity management systems with existing enterprise IT infrastructure to ensure secure and seamless identity management.
