School ICT & AV Executive (Ang Mo Kio)

Job Summary

We are seeking an ICT & AV Executive to deliver day-to-day ICT and audiovisual support in a secondary school setting.

This position involves ICT device support, basic troubleshooting, AV operations, assistance for school events and ICT training for both staff and students.

Key Responsibilities

ICT Support

• Help manage both school-owned and student-owned ICT devices, including device loan and return processes.
• Assist with application installation, perform basic troubleshooting, and support device restoration.
• Support staff and students with technical matters such as laptop troubleshooting and password resets.
• Assist with coordinating technical support delivered by Desktop Engineers.
• Support the procurement of ICT equipment and liaise with external vendors.
• Assist with ICT-related account administration and password reset requests.
• Support updates to the school’s official website.

AV & Event Support

• Support the installation, maintenance, and procurement of AV equipment.
• Manage and maintain equipment in the Media Studio and support programmes carried out in the studio.
• Set up and troubleshoot AV equipment for teaching and learning activities.
• Provide AV support for physical and virtual school events, including assemblies, concerts, Speech Day and Parent-Teacher Conferences.
• Carry out quarterly stock-takes of AV equipment and report any loss or damage.
• Provide logistical and technical support for the school’s Media Club CCA.
• Manage and update the school’s TV Messaging System.
• Take photographs of new staff, students and school events when required, including basic editing and processing for publication.

ICT Training

• Conduct training for students on ICT tools used under the school’s Digital Education Programme.
• Conduct training for teachers on the operation of ICT devices and applications.
• Undertake other ICT-related duties as assigned by the school.

Requirements

• Preferably a Diploma in IT or a related field.
• Familiar with the operation and maintenance of ICT and AV equipment and applications, preferably within a school environment.
• Preferably 3 years of coaching experience in ICT-related programmes.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a good level of initiative.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
