Job Overview:
- We are seeking a proficient Senior Consultant with expertise in Adobe AEM and Adobe DAM Development to create, enhance, and maintain large-scale digital experience solutions utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of AEM Sites, DAM component development, content management, and integration within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and sustain enterprise-level web applications leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Create and tailor AEM components, templates, workflows, dialogs, and content fragments.
- Set up and oversee Adobe DAM assets, including metadata schemas, tagging, asset workflows, and renditions.
- Develop reusable components and scalable content management solutions that meet business needs.
- Integrate AEM with third-party applications, APIs, and Adobe Experience Cloud products.
- Implement headless CMS solutions utilizing AEM Content Fragments and GraphQL APIs.
- Enhance application performance through effective caching strategies and content delivery mechanisms.
- Engage in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution architecture tasks.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues, delivering sustainable solutions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including architects, UX designers, business stakeholders, and DevOps personnel.
Technical Qualifications:
- 5 to 9 years of experience in web content management and digital experience platforms.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Adobe DAM.
- Expertise in Java, J2EE, Servlets, OSGi, Sling Models, and Apache Felix.
- Experience in developing AEM Components, Templates, Touch UI Dialogs, Workflows, and Dispatcher configurations.
- Strong knowledge of AEM Asset Management, Metadata Management, Asset Workflows, and Content Governance.
- Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) or AEM 6.x.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS, and frontend integration.
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
- Proficient in Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Analytics, Target, or Campaign.
- Knowledge of Headless CMS architecture and Omnichannel content delivery.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of SEO, web accessibility, and web performance optimization.
- Adobe AEM Developer certification is highly desirable.
