We are seeking a skilled SAP GTS Consultant to be part of a global AMS initiative focused on Trade Compliance, Customs Management, and Foreign Trade Operations. This position entails comprehensive support for customs processes related to import/export, compliance screenings, export controls, sanctions management, preference determinations, and regulatory reporting using the SAP GTS platform.

Essential Skills Required:

Proficient experience in SAP GTS Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management

Extensive knowledge in:

• Legal Control
• Sanctioned Party List Screening (SPL)
• Export Control & License Management
• Embargo & Product Compliance
• Customs Import/Export Declarations
• Preference Management (LTSD/LTVD)
• Origin Determination
• Intrastat Reporting

Proven experience in:

• Trade Compliance Processes
• Global Customs Operations
• Foreign Trade Legal Compliance (FTLC)
• Export Control & Sanctions Management

Comprehensive understanding of:

• EU & International Customs Regulations
• Export Controls
• Sanctions & Embargo Compliance
• Preferential Origin Rules

Familiarity with:

• SAP ECC / S4HANA Integration
• Material & Business Partner Master Data
• ServiceNow / JIRA / SAP Solution Manager
• Incident, Problem & Change Management
• SLA-driven AMS Support

Awareness of:

• Restricted Party Screening
• Compliance Screening Processes
• Legal Content Updates
• Customs & Trade Documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP GTS Certification

Experience in Manufacturing, Chemical, or Life Sciences sectors

Background in Global Rollouts across EMEA, APAC, and NAFTA

Basic knowledge of ABAP Debugging for Functional Analysis

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver L2/L3 support for SAP GTS applications
• Address incidents and conduct root cause analyses
• Assist with customs declarations and trade compliance processes
• Manage compliance screenings, blocked documents, and sanctions cases
• Facilitate export license determinations and monitoring
• Engage in testing, releases, and minor enhancements
• Work collaboratively with global business, compliance, and IT teams
