SAP FICO Consultant

Job Overview: We are looking for a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant with over 15 years of experience to support business operations and assist end users. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise in SAP FICO and the ability to address basic issues within SAP SD and SAP MM modules. A solid understanding of module integration, system enhancements, and production support in a retail setting is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver functional support for SAP FICO modules to ensure seamless business processes.
• Diagnose and resolve SAP FICO issues, including handling basic support tasks for SAP SD and SAP MM modules.
• Assist end users by analyzing and resolving functional incidents and service requests efficiently.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend system improvements.
• Manage integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules, especially SD and MM.
• Support SAP system enhancements, configuration updates, and testing procedures.
• Coordinate with technical teams during troubleshooting, issue resolution, and implementation of system enhancements.
• Conduct root cause analysis to ensure timely resolution of production issues.
• Develop functional documentation, test cases, and user manuals to facilitate understanding and training.
• Maintain system stability and ensure compliance with organizational business processes.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in SAP FICO functional consulting.
• In-depth expertise in SAP FI and CO modules.
• Basic functional knowledge of SAP SD and SAP MM modules.
• Proven experience with SAP module integration.
• Experience with SAP system enhancements and production support activities.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities and analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
