SAP Ariba Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a day in the shoes of an Infoscion
• As a vital member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to spearhead the engagement process, delivering high-quality and value-added consulting solutions to clients at various stages—from problem identification to diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment.
• You will assess proposals crafted by consultants, offer insights, and evaluate solutions designed to address client business challenges, identifying any potential risks and concerns.
• Your role will involve recognizing change management needs and recommending a structured approach for clients to manage changes through various communication methods.
• Additionally, you will mentor and establish a vision for your team, provide subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and inspire team members through constructive feedback and acknowledgment of high performance.
• You will play a pivotal role in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions to clients, in compliance with organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• A graduate with a minimum of 9 years of professional experience.
• Experience in SAP Ariba implementation activities, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, customization, cutover, and go-live processes.
• Integration experience with SAP ECC or S4 HANA.
• Proficient in managing day-to-day SAP Ariba support activities.
• Skilled in defect analysis and resolving support incidents.
• Able to identify and resolve interface issues independently.
• Capable of working autonomously and leading teams.
• Strong SAP Ariba Functional SME skills, including expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing, Ariba Buying, Invoicing, PTP, Ariba Commerce Automation, and Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with software configuration management systems.
• Strong business acumen, strategic insight, and cross-industry thought leadership.
• Awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of two or three industry domains.
• Understanding of financial processes across various project types and the different pricing models available.
• Client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Project and team management experience.
