Blockchain Developer

Job Overview:

• We are on the lookout for an experienced Blockchain Developer who will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of secure and scalable blockchain solutions.
• The successful candidate will demonstrate substantial expertise in Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT), smart contract development, and decentralized application architecture, with proficiency in frameworks such as Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, and Besu.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and sustain blockchain-based applications and decentralized solutions.
• Create and deploy secure smart contracts utilizing Solidity and Go across various blockchain platforms.
• Develop and oversee blockchain networks leveraging frameworks like Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, and Besu.
• Work collaboratively with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver resilient blockchain solutions.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of blockchain applications.
• Architect and implement blockchain data structures, including on-chain and off-chain optimization techniques.
• Develop backend services and APIs for blockchain integration using Java Spring Boot or Node.js.
• Integrate blockchain solutions with enterprise systems and third-party services.
• Engage in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of blockchain applications.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure compliance with development standards.
• Adhere to Agile Scrum methodologies and DevOps best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Technical Qualifications:

• In-depth understanding of Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT), including Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, and Besu.
• Experience in developing smart contracts using Solidity and Go.
• Robust knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, consensus algorithms, and decentralized systems.
• Hands-on experience in developing, testing, and deploying secure smart contracts.
• Proven experience in building, maintaining, and scaling blockchain-based services and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Strong grasp of cryptography concepts, including hashing, encryption, digital signatures, and key management.
• Experience in API development using Java Spring Boot and Node.js.
• Familiarity with asynchronous communication platforms like Kafka.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles and best practices.
• Experience working through the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
