Job Summary

• Design, develop, and unit test data integration dataflows using Redpoint Data Management/CDP, following functional and technical specifications.
• Build and configure Redpoint components, including Reader/Writer nodes, Transform, Validate, Match/Merge, Survivorship, Deduplication, and Bulk Load stages.
• Implement data profiling, cleansing, standardization, and enrichment rules to enhance data quality across source systems.
• Design and implement identity resolution logic, golden record creation, and survivorship rules in accordance with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain both batch and real-time dataflows for high-volume data processing.
• Integrate Redpoint with upstream and downstream systems, including CRM, data warehouse, marketing automation, APIs, flat files, and databases.
• Monitor scheduled jobs, troubleshoot failures, and resolve data discrepancies and performance issues within required timeframes.
• Optimize dataflow performance by tuning parallelism, memory usage, and bulk load configurations for large datasets.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including source-to-target mappings, dataflow design documents, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and QA teams to translate business rules into technical implementations.
• Participate in code/dataflow reviews, unit testing, and defect triage and resolution.
• Support UAT, data reconciliation, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization (hypercare).
• Follow version control, change management, and release management processes for all Redpoint assets.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to support ongoing team continuity and onboarding of new resources.
