Core Duties

• Talent Consultant: Guide clients in developing effective talent acquisition and management strategies while creating a specialized proposition and talent pool for optimal client engagement.
• Career Consultant: Assess candidates' aspirations and objectives, offering valuable insights on potential opportunities, and providing comprehensive support throughout the interview and offer management processes.
• Team Contributor: Actively participate in team initiatives aimed at enhancing your brand, including organizing networking events and creating marketing materials.
• Business Growth Strategist: Discover new business opportunities, forge relationships, and effectively manage and expand your client portfolio.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 1 to 6 years of post-graduate professional experience
• Demonstrated success in dynamic, service-oriented sectors
• A natural ability to cultivate strong interpersonal relationships
• A strong desire to advance your career in an entrepreneurial setting
• A proactive and resilient personality
