QA Engineer

Role- QA Engineer- Automation

Target Profiles: We are looking for experienced, hands-on Automation Engineers with strong programming and coding skills.

• Key Technical Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience in automation testing across UI or backend applications.
• Proficiency in Python or Java, along with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Ability to write code independently, build automation solutions, troubleshoot effectively, and take end-to-end responsibility for deliverables.
• Candidates must be able to independently own a feature, develop the automation solution, and ensure the expected outcomes.
• Experience in creating and maintaining automation test cases, with an expected scale of approximately 100–200 test cases.
• AI Expertise
• Experience with AI and AI-driven testing is an added advantage, though it is not required.
• Candidates without AI experience may still be considered if they demonstrate strong programming skills and proven automation capabilities.
• Candidate Profile Expectations
• Preference for hands-on engineers who can independently code, build, debug, and maintain automation solutions.
• Strong technical problem-solving ability and end-to-end ownership are essential.
• Please avoid profiles where the primary focus is leadership or management responsibilities.
