Core Responsibilities:

• An overview of your role as an Infoscion
• In your capacity as a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main objective will be to delve into client challenges, identify problem areas, design creative solutions, and facilitate implementation to ensure client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of sections within the proposal document, contributing your expertise to the solution design process.
• Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, configuring products according to the design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and addressing any inquiries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will organize solution product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with the customer’s budget while adhering to the organization’s financial policies.
• Lead small-scale projects while actively contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to our clients.

Technical Qualifications:

• Key skills include Technology Infra Tool Administration ITSM ServiceNow CSM, Technology Infra Tool Administration ITSM ServiceNow HRSD, Technology Infra Tool Administration ITSM ServiceNow ITAM, Technology Infra Tool Administration ITSM ServiceNow ITOM, and Technology Infra Tool Administration ITSM ServiceNow Security.

Additional Duties:
