Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source premium interior materials and architectural hardware.
• Collect quotations, evaluate pricing options, and negotiate terms with suppliers.
• Prepare precise Purchase Orders (POs) using technical BOQs and BOMs.
• Collaborate with site engineers to support on-time delivery of materials to project locations across Chennai.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of procurement experience within interior design or modular furniture.
• Fundamental understanding of interior raw materials and architectural hardware.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel to track purchase orders and delivery schedules.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
