Position Overview

Take charge of the comprehensive execution of large-scale multimodal AI annotation initiatives, overseeing client relationships, team coordination, quality assurance, project timelines, and budget management. This role demands swift, data-informed decision-making within a dynamic environment characterized by tight, often 24-hour, delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, allocate resources, manage schedules, control budgets, and ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor Team Leads to foster team development and performance.
• Collaborate with Quality Managers to uphold and enhance quality standards.
• Track throughput, accuracy, and turnaround times to meet project objectives.
• Identify potential risks early and implement corrective measures swiftly.
• Expand team capacity and refine processes to meet evolving project demands.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in managing complex, high-volume projects.
• Excellent client communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and familiarity with performance metrics.
• Experience in annotation, data labeling, AI training, RLHF, SFT, or model evaluation is advantageous.

Position Details:

1. This is a project-based engagement involving a specified number of evaluation tasks.
2. Each task entails comparing multiple chatbots and delivering a comprehensive assessment.
3. Work Schedule: Five days per week, including weekends as necessary, with two days off.
4. Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST
5. Project Duration: 16 weeks.
