Personal Banker (East Coast Region)

Ambank Group is seeking a Personal Banker to support our clients in managing their bank accounts and financial assets. This sales role is tasked with achieving sales objectives for deposit accounts, bancassurance, unit trusts, and lending products through the establishment of long-term relationships with clients and effectively cross-selling our offerings. Key Responsibilities:

• Achieves sales goals for deposit accounts, bancassurance, unit trusts, and lending products
• Assesses customer requirements and delivers tailored financial solutions
• Handles customer inquiries regarding branch products, services, and feedback
• Implements sales and service strategies in alignment with internal and external policies, guidelines, and regulations
• Establishes and nurtures business relationships with current and prospective customers to enhance retention and create cross-selling opportunities
• Coordinates sales initiatives with the Branch Manager
• Ensures adherence to Ambank's policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Applicants must hold at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field
• Open to Fresh Graduates.
• Possession of PCE / CEILLI / TBE / FIMM will be considered an advantage.
