Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Package Consultant, you will focus on designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions, with hands-on experience in LWC and integration. You’ll partner with clients through the full lifecycle—from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption—applying your expertise across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Design and Implement Solutions: Create customer-specific solutions that address clients' business needs by understanding their challenges and applying Salesforce’s broad suite of capabilities.
• Execute System Testing: Perform system testing, user acceptance, and change management to support successful delivery and sustained user adoption.
• Deliver Client-Facing Support: Offer in-depth guidance to clients throughout the entire engagement, covering business analysis, system configuration, and user adoption.
• Apply Methodologies: Use Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to maintain an efficient software development lifecycle.
• Develop Training Programs: Build training programs that enable effective user adoption and long-term use of the delivered solutions.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Salesforce CRM Solutions Exposure: Experience working with Salesforce CRM solutions, including designing, implementing, and supporting solutions with LWC and integration experience.
• Agile Methodologies Application: Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to apply them to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.
• System Testing Execution: Experience executing system testing, user acceptance, and change management to ensure successful implementation and long-term user adoption.
• Business Analysis Understanding: Exposure to business analysis, with the ability to understand clients' unique challenges and develop tailored solutions to address their business needs.
• Software Development Lifecycle Management: Experience working within a software development lifecycle, with the ability to utilize methodologies to ensure smooth delivery.

• Integration Experience: Exposure to integrating Salesforce CRM solutions with other systems, enhancing the ability to design and implement comprehensive solutions.
• Advanced LWC Knowledge: Experience working with Lightning Web Components (LWC), enabling the development of customized and efficient Salesforce solutions.
• Waterfall Methodology Familiarity: Exposure to Waterfall methodology, allowing for the application of this approach to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.
