Oracle Cloud/Fusion Manufacturing Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion.
• In your role with the Infosys consulting team, you will dive deep into customer challenges, identify problem areas, create innovative solutions, and ensure successful implementation, leading to client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of sections of the proposal document, contributing your expertise to the solution design and development of the proposal.
• Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, configuring the product according to design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in addressing any questions related to requirements and solution design.
• You will be responsible for conducting solution product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with customer budget needs as well as organizational financial standards.
• Take the lead on small projects and engage in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:

• Must be a Subject Matter Expert with hands-on experience in Oracle Inventory, Bills of Materials, and Work in Process modules.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Implementation is required.
• Ability to comprehend business needs and translate them into proposed solutions and enhancements.
• Experience in testing and deploying custom solutions for Oracle Inventory, Bills of Materials, Work in Process, and Costing modules.
• Participate in functional testing and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of developed solutions.
• Manage onsite and offshore communication and workflow effectively.
• Lead Super User training sessions and support related training activities.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure the smooth delivery of end-to-end business processes.
• Assist in Data Conversions for manufacturing-related data elements.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to identify their business challenges and enhance client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends.
• Demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with a strong capacity for collaboration.
• Evaluate current processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Possess knowledge in one or two industry domains.
