Oracle Cloud Planning Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will delve into customer challenges, identify problem areas, design creative solutions, and facilitate their implementation, ultimately leading to client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of specific sections of the proposal documentation and contribute to solution design using your areas of expertise.
• Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, configuring products according to design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in addressing inquiries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will perform solution product demonstrations, lead Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budget considerations and adhere to the organization’s financial guidelines.
• Take the lead on small projects and actively participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning Cloud Applications, including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, Replenishment Planning, and Supply Chain Collaboration Cloud, or over 5 years in implementing ASCP Demantra.
• Experience in at least one comprehensive implementation of any Oracle Planning cloud application or two full implementations of Oracle ASCP Demantra.
• Proficient in requirements gathering and crafting solution designs.
• Engagement in functional testing and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of developed solutions.
• Management of onsite and offshore communication and work processes.
• Leading Super User training sessions and supporting related training initiatives.
• Collaboration with other teams to ensure the delivery of comprehensive business processes.
