SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HR Recruitment Partner

Category A

In Category A, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will identify vacancies from esteemed Corporations [from any location within the country or abroad] for Recruitment and/or HR Outsourcing. Upon receiving the vacancies, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will seek suitable candidates aligned with the client’s requirements. Neugene will provide access to a complete candidate database to facilitate the sourcing of the right candidates.

Category B

In Category B, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will receive vacancies directly from Neugene for its clients. The primary responsibilities will include screening suitable candidates for the vacancies received from Neugene. After the screening process, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will submit profiles for client short-listing. Once candidates are shortlisted, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will coordinate interviews according to the client’s schedule.
