BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES OF HR Recruitment Partner

Category A

In Category A, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will secure vacancies from esteemed Corporate clients (from any location domestically or internationally) for Recruitment and/or HR Outsourcing. Upon receiving vacancy details, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will identify suitable candidates in accordance with client specifications. Neugene will provide access to a comprehensive databank of candidates to facilitate sourcing the right talent.

Category B

In Category B, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will receive vacancies directly from Neugene for its clients. The primary responsibilities will include screening candidates for the vacancies received from Neugene's clients. After screening, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will submit the shortlisted profiles to the client for consideration. Once candidates are shortlisted, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will coordinate interviews according to the client’s schedule.
