MRD Technician (Male)

Job Description:

• Assisting and coordinating the overall functions of the medical record department with medical records manager.

• Responsible for the overall functions in the medical records department in the absence of the medical records manager.

• Deficiency checking of the paper and paperless medical records and ensure proper completion of the records.

• Monitoring the department quality indicator and reporting to the medical records manager on daily basis.

• Ensuring the proper assembling of the records.

• Ensuring the clear and accurate register maintaining.

• Ensure the timely completion of birth, still birth and death notification.
