WINDER / MOTOR REWINDING TECHNICIAN

• Hands-on experience in collecting winding data and preparing winding diagrams.
• Experience in winding procedures, coil making, and testing procedures.
• Ability to check and record winding and coil data.
• Experience in stripping out coils, slot conditioning, and preparing motors for rewinding.
• Knowledge of inspecting winding kits and coils.
• Experience in rewinding stators and rotors of AC/DC motors as per original winding data.
• Ability to perform routine electrical tests on wound equipment.
• Experience in varnishing stators and rotors. 
• Basic knowledge of LV motor assembly.
