Position Overview

Efficiently operate and oversee packing machinery to meet production goals, uphold product standards, and reduce downtime and waste. Execute routine machine adjustments, changeovers, inspections, and troubleshooting tasks.

Role Summary

Safely manage and monitor packing machinery operations to reach production objectives, ensure product quality, and minimize both downtime and waste. Carry out basic machine adjustments, changeovers, inspections, and troubleshooting while collaborating with the Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

 • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of packing machinery to meet established production targets. 

• Maintain consistent product quality while reducing downtime, waste, and material losses. 

• Adhere to standard operating procedures, machine settings, and production specifications. 

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, machine efficiency, and overall production performance. 

• Recognize potential machine or process issues and report them immediately to the designated supervisor.

 • Uphold high standards of safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, housekeeping, and food safety. 

• Ensure appropriate use and maintenance of machinery, tools, and packaging materials. 

• Foster a positive and disciplined work atmosphere while adhering to company policies and procedures.
