Job Purpose

The primary responsibility of this role is to assemble, fit, install, and finish new molds while also performing modifications and mechanical repairs to ensure molds are prepared for both trials and production processes.

Required Experience

Experience: 5 to 10 years

 Assemble mold components in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.

 Execute manual fitting, grinding, finishing, and polishing as needed.

 Install and fine-tune ejection systems, sliders, lifters, guides, and moving parts.

 Conduct inspections of mold movement, confirming clearances and alignment prior to trials.

 Engage in mold trials, assess mechanical issues, and apply necessary modifications.

 Repair or replace damaged parts and collaborate with the CNC, EDM, and Wire Cut departments as required.
