Learning Technology and Implementation SME

Summary
This position will assist with day-to-day learning platform operations, support integrations, implement new capabilities, perform testing, manage learning content, and produce reporting. The role also collaborates with internal teams, technology partners, and vendors to resolve issues and strengthen learning operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with learning platform implementation, administration, and integration activities.
• Coordinate platform testing, manage releases, and support issue resolution.
• Handle learning content uploads, coordinate launches, and manage reporting.
• Partner with Capability CoE, Markets, vendors, and technology teams to deliver learning solutions.
• Contribute to process improvements, enhance data quality, and support operational efficiency.
• Maintain process documentation and support continuous learning platform enhancements.

• Workday Learning or Sana Labs
• Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)
• Power BI or similar reporting tools
• ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

• Knowledge of learning platforms and integrations.
• Understanding of implementation, testing, and release management.
• Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with learning content management and reporting.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
