Internship Program - Financial Planning & Analysis (Feb/March 2027 Intake)

Arvato Systems Malaysia, a global IT service provider headquartered in Germany, has been at the forefront of digital transformation initiatives for businesses since 2005.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, digitally-inclined individuals to join our Arvato Systems Malaysia Internship Program (AIP). Our goal is to offer valuable opportunities for talented Malaysian undergraduates to gain practical experience in digital workflows and industry-related knowledge, guided by our experienced team members at Arvato Systems Malaysia to better prepare them for their professional careers.

This internship program features a specialized track in Finance (Financial Planning & Analysis).

Internship Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and following up on weekly reports, such as utilization reports.
• Participate in month-end closing processes, including preliminary and final headcount verification and updating exchange rates in relevant documents.
• Support the creation of month-end reports, including Business Review files, presentation dashboards, Allowance, and Leave Reports.
• Help compile management reports by downloading and integrating data from SAP into respective reports.
• Verify the accuracy and consistency of financial files, such as tariff pricing calculations and KPI documentation, along with other ad-hoc financial tasks.
• Contribute to testing and deploying process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders involved in projects.
• Participate in company-wide activities and corporate events.
• Receive ongoing guidance and mentorship during the internship period.
• Maintain an open dialogue for constructive feedback and coaching.
• Represent and promote our brand positively.

Candidate Requirements:

• Malaysian citizenship is mandatory.
• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or postgraduate student in their final semester of a Diploma, Degree, or Master’s program in Finance, Business Management, Accountancy, or a related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong team spirit with a growth-oriented mindset.
