Position: Customer Support Associate – Voice
Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
Experience Level: Freshers only
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Process Type: International Voice
Compensation: 2.5LPA – 3.5LPA
Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred
Primary Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and efficiency
Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints
Keep accurate logs of customer interactions in CRM platforms
Deliver product/service information and assist customers in making informed choices
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality
Monitor trends in customer feedback and recommend improvements
Essential Skills
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Basic understanding of CRM applications and MS Office
Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Customer-centric attitude with a positive outlook
