• We are interested in candidates with a comprehensive understanding of Property & Casualty, Life Insurance, and Retirement Services, with experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Business Strategy, IT Strategy, Process Consulting, Cost Optimization, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, Program Management, Change Management, Product Implementation, Business Analysis, and Post-Merger Integration.
• Experience with leading consulting firms is highly preferred.
• A full-time MBA from a reputable business school is also preferred.
• Drive digital strategy for insurance companies utilizing key technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Omni-Channel Communication, Cloud, Blockchain, Social Media, and Mobility.
• Domain expertise in one or more of the following sectors:
• Insurance (Property & Casualty, Commercial Lines, Specialty Lines, Personal Lines, Life Insurance)
• Insurance operations, encompassing Distribution, Marketing, New Business, Underwriting, Policy Servicing, Policy Administration, Claims, Regulatory Compliance, Producer Lifecycle, Contracting, Licensing, Compensation, and Sales Reporting.
• Retirement Services, including Annuities, Defined Contribution, Defined Benefits, 401(k) plans, and Recordkeeping.
• Governance, Risk, and Compliance, including IFRS and GDPR.
• AML, KYC, and client onboarding processes.

Core Responsibilities:

• As part of Infosys Consulting, you will:
• Engage in business consulting projects within a cross-cultural team across various regions.
• Assume diverse roles in process consulting, functional consulting, technology strategy, program management, and change management.
• Analyze challenges and devise innovative solutions.
• Implement business consulting frameworks and methodologies to tackle business issues.
• Ensure the delivery of impactful business outcomes for clients.
• Facilitate workshops to engage client stakeholders and provide guidance throughout the process.
• Contribute to sales efforts, consulting services, and internal initiatives.
• Participate in various firm-building activities and the consultant referral program.
