Sr. Associate Consultant

• Conceptualization & Visualization by researching information related to the request, relevant materials to the organization’s services, and communicating the design solution with stakeholders

• Illustrating concepts by developing example layouts, including arrangement, size, type size, and style, and submitting them for approval

• Creating client-ready assets using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), along with other relevant tools

• Enhancing creativity by reviewing final deliverables and recommending improvements when necessary

• Preparing completed graphic design materials by operating required equipment for Multimedia and Print

• Coordinating with colleagues, the marketing team, and external print agencies as necessary

• Supporting team objectives by completing assigned tasks in a timely manner and providing status reports

• Actively participating in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the Team, Unit, and Organization
