A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, you will lead engagement efforts to deliver high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers across multiple stages—spanning problem definition, diagnosis, and solution design through development and deployment.

• You will evaluate proposals developed by consultants, provide guidance, and assess the proposed solutions for client business challenges to uncover any potential risks, gaps, or issues.

• You will determine change management requirements and propose a structured client approach to manage change, leveraging multiple communication mechanisms.

• You will coach the team and build a shared vision, deliver subject matter training within your focus areas, and drive motivation through effective, timely feedback and recognition for high performance.

• You will serve as a key contributor to unit-level and organization-wide initiatives, with the goal of delivering high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions while following organizational guidelines and processes.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Experience driving Windows and Linux OS upgrade programs.

• Proven experience in cloud migration and application modernization initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Experience in VMware and Nutanix infrastructure transformation projects.

• Database upgrade and migration project experience.

• Data center migration and infrastructure consolidation program experience.

• Enterprise security remediation and vulnerability management program experience.

• CI/CD implementation and DevOps transformation initiatives.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Key Requirements / Experience:

• Lead infrastructure upgrade programs that include managed applications—covering servers, operating systems, databases, and cloud services.

• Lead application migration initiatives across on-premises, private cloud, and public cloud environments.

• Lead and manage a team of 7-8 members.

• Extensive experience in large-scale application version upgrade projects.

• Demonstrated expertise in middleware upgrades, including:

o WebLogic

o WebSphere

o JBoss

o Tomcat

o IIS
