Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and oversee enterprise network infrastructure
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and Data Center networks
- Configure and provide support for routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers
- Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Conduct network troubleshooting and root cause analysis for connectivity and performance challenges
- Implement network security measures, including firewall rules, VLANs, NAC, and access policies
- Manage routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, and VLANs
- Support cloud networking environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Configure and manage VPN solutions to facilitate remote connectivity
- Implement network monitoring and alerting using enterprise-level monitoring tools
- Assist with infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive network documentation, topology diagrams, and operational procedures
- Collaborate effectively with Security, Cloud, Server, and Application teams
- Engage in capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery efforts
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and compliance with industry standards
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes
