HR Executives

We invite applications from motivated, skilled, and result-driven HR professionals for three specialized HR Executive positions. Open Positions

1. HR Executive – PF & Compliance

Responsible for overseeing Provident Fund (PF) operations, statutory compliance, employee documentation, regulatory submissions, challans, and coordination with the relevant authorities to ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

2. HR Executive – Recruitment

Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder communication, maintaining recruitment databases, and supporting timely talent acquisition across various departments.

3. HR Executive – Training & Development

Responsible for coordinating training initiatives, identifying learning and development needs, arranging training programmes, maintaining training records, tracking participation, and supporting employee development and capability-building efforts.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in the respective functional area.
• Key Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, analytical, and organizational skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
