GenAI Developer

Job Description:

• Design, build, and deploy AI models and intelligent systems using Python, GenAI, agentic AI, and other relevant technologies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and create AI-powered solutions
• Work with large-scale datasets to train and evaluate AI models while optimizing performance
• Use Prompt Engineering methods to enhance the overall effectiveness of AI systems
• Troubleshoot and debug AI systems to maintain optimal performance and reliability
• Provide technical direction and subject-matter expertise to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of overall code quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Certification in AI or a related field, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified AI Engineer
• Experience with additional AI frameworks and technologies including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience using agile development practices and version control tools such as Git
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns, principles, and best practices
• Experience with DevOps practices including continuous integration and continuous deployment
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS

Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field B

• At least 3 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years of hands on experience in Gen AI development
• Strong proficiency in the Python programming language
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, Gen AI, agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex problems and develop innovative solutions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
