Full Stack Developer

Position Overview

• Direct and manage our software development team by establishing priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completions
• Offer technical leadership and support to developers, assisting them in overcoming challenging technical obstacles and creating high-caliber software
• Supervise our quality assurance and testing protocols, guaranteeing that our software adheres to the highest quality benchmarks
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ensure software development initiatives align with our organizational objectives and user requirements
• Remain informed about the latest advancements in software development methodologies and technologies, sharing insights with our team to foster innovation and enhance our development practices
• Engage with various departments, including the business and delivery teams, to ensure our software solutions effectively address customer and organizational needs
• Deliver regular updates to stakeholders regarding the status of software development projects and any challenges that may arise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, particularly in web and mobile environments
• Essential skills include: JavaScript, Python, Java, .NET Core, React.js, Node.js, Django/ASP.NET, SQL, NoSQL, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, CI/CD, Git, Docker/Kubernetes, Unit Testing, Agile.
• Demonstrated experience in leading software development teams with a proven history of delivering high-quality software products and services within set timelines and budgets
• Comprehensive knowledge of software development best practices and technologies, including agile methodologies, continuous integration and delivery, and cloud computing
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of inspiring and motivating a team of developers
• Experience with a diverse array of software development tools and technologies, encompassing programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, and .NET Core, along with frameworks like React, Node.js, and Django
• Familiarity with testing and quality assurance practices, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with proficiency in diagnosing and resolving intricate technical challenges
• Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to delivering superior quality software products and services
