Position Overview

Design, implement, and sustain AI models and algorithms, particularly Generative AI models, to improve product functionalities and streamline processes.
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to capture business needs and convert them into technical solutions utilizing Generative AI technologies when relevant.
Incorporate Generative AI solutions into existing products and frameworks to ensure cohesive functionality and optimal performance.
Enhance AI models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency, prioritizing the effective deployment of Generative AI tools.
Track and assess the effectiveness of AI solutions, including Generative AI models, making necessary modifications and enhancements.
Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, Generative AI, and machine learning, implementing new methods and technologies as suitable.
Record processes, methodologies, and outcomes to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team, focusing on the application of Generative AI tools.
Collaborate on embedding Generative AI models within current IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms to improve automation and service efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience as an AI Engineer or in a comparable position, showcasing a history of implementing AI solutions, including Generative AI models, in production settings.
Proficiency in Generative AI & NLP, LangChain, AWS Bedrock, Python, Java, or C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Familiarity with cloud services and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML offerings, particularly AWS Bedrock.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to articulate intricate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of the Langchain technology stack and AWS Bedrock for Generative AI implementations.
Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and methodologies, with a focus on integrating AI-driven automation solutions.
