Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support new ERP developments and enhancements.
- Coordinate with the Lighthouse System team for updates and issue resolution.
- Provide ERP training and onboarding support to new users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues across departments.
- Verify sales target points for incentives with the sales team.
- Prepare and maintain consolidated data sheets for monthly review meetings.
