Cloud Testing Consultant

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a proficient Cloud Testing Engineer who possesses strong skills in automating processes within AWS and GCP environments, with a solid foundation in DevOps methodologies.
• This position entails the validation of cloud-based applications, infrastructure, and pipeline integrations to guarantee high-quality and scalable deployments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute testing on cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP, focusing on services including compute, storage, networking, and databases.
• Verify infrastructure as code (IaC) deployments utilizing Terraform.
• Create and implement automation scripts in Python and Shell for cloud validation and testing scenarios.
• Maintain quality assurance across DevOps pipelines, ensuring seamless CI/CD and environment deployments.
• Conduct API integration and data validation testing within cloud environments.
• Work in collaboration with DevOps, development, and platform teams to resolve issues and enhance processes.
• Utilize monitoring and logging tools to diagnose and troubleshoot issues in the cloud environment.

Technical Qualifications:

• Practical experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
• Advanced skills in Python and Shell scripting for automation purposes.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Strong grasp of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Exposure to cloud testing, API testing, and environment validation techniques.

Additional Qualifications:

• Desirable skills include experience with AWS and GCP, along with Shell and Python scripting, Terraform, DevOps, and GitHub Copilot.
