Job Overview:

• 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in functional consulting specific to enterprise SAAS or ERP solutions
• Demonstrated success with at least 3 complete lifecycle implementations from initial requirements through to go-live as a functional consultant
• Experience in Contract Management and Supply Chain solutions is highly desirable
• Hands-on experience with the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform or similar Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools is a significant advantage
• Availability to work in rotational shifts
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Capability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• A robust analytical mindset with an emphasis on data-driven decision making
• Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to coach, influence, and collaborate across various teams
• Willingness to travel for client engagements as necessary

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead product implementations by managing end-to-end delivery for enterprise clients in accordance with Icertis methodology, while adhering to scope, schedules, and resource commitments
• Gather requirements and design functional solutions Partner with business stakeholders to understand and define their needs, translating them into functional designs and configuration blueprints
• Take ownership of system configuration and deployment Configure the Icertis platform and oversee deployments across multiple engagements
• Collaborate across functions Work with Engineering, QA, Support, and Product teams to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with customer expectations
• Enhance consulting capabilities Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of internal consulting skills
• Contribute to product roadmap Provide ongoing feedback from customer projects to refine the Icertis product strategy and enhancements
• Manage client relationships Foster strong working relationships with customer counterparts to enhance satisfaction and ensure delivery excellence
