Key Responsibilities:
- A typical day for an Infoscion
- In your role with the Infosys consulting team, you will primarily assist in various phases of the project, which include identifying problems, estimating efforts, diagnosing issues, generating solutions, and designing and deploying them.
- You will investigate alternatives to the proposed solutions through research methods such as literature reviews, public domain information, and vendor evaluations.
- This role also involves creating proof of concepts (POCs).
- You will be responsible for developing requirement specifications based on business needs, defining future processes, and producing detailed functional designs that meet those requirements.
- Your support will be essential in configuring solution requirements on products, diagnosing issues, seeking clarifications, and identifying and evaluating potential solution alternatives.
- Additionally, you will engage in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to our clients.

Technical Requirements:
- Core Skills: Technology Messaging and Collaboration Administration with a focus on Office 365 and Exchange Online
