Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant with a focus on Finance Transformation, your role will involve assisting clients in formulating strategies that foster and maintain competitive advantages. You will pinpoint essential strategic capabilities and evaluate client performance gaps to provide thorough transformation recommendations.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Formulate Transformation Recommendations: Create detailed transformation recommendations that encompass financial consolidation, closing and reporting, planning, budgeting & forecasting, as well as financial business intelligence, analytics, and information management.
• Enhance Financial Processes: Support clients in refining their financial consolidation, closing, and reporting procedures, including the design and configuration of the chart of accounts, while expediting closing processes.
• Facilitate Planning Strategies: Aid in the development of planning, budgeting & forecasting strategies, including the evaluation, selection, and design of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) packages.
• Assist Business Intelligence Initiatives: Contribute to financial business intelligence, analytics, and information management projects, such as rationalizing financial and non-financial KPIs, designing balanced scorecards, and developing executive dashboards.
• Utilize Performance Tools: Employ tools to identify, align, and modify factors impacting performance, stability, and team dynamics.

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Familiarity with Financial Consolidation: Knowledge of financial consolidation, closing, and reporting processes, including the design and configuration of the chart of accounts.
• Experience with EPM Solutions: Exposure to the evaluation, selection, and design of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) packages for planning, budgeting & forecasting.
• Understanding of Financial Business Intelligence: Insight into financial business intelligence, analytics, and information management projects, including the rationalization of financial and non-financial KPIs and balanced scorecard design.
• Knowledge of Performance Analysis Tools: Familiarity with tools that identify, align, and modify factors influencing performance, stability, and teamwork.
• Financial Process Optimization Skills: Experience in optimizing financial processes, including enhancing closing procedures and improving financial reporting.
