Job Description
Evaluate business needs and convert them into both functional and technical specifications.
Design and modify Avaloq components, which include scripts, packages, workflows, screens, and interfaces.
Develop and improve Avaloq modules, encompassing portfolio management, payments, trading, and accounting.
Conduct parameterization, configuration, and system integration within the Avaloq environment.
Create and maintain reports, facilitate data extraction, and integrate with data warehouses.
Demonstrated experience in Avaloq ICE (Integrated Core Engine) development is essential.
Proficient in Avaloq Scripts & Packages, Data Dictionary, Workflow, Rule Engine, Order validations, Context actions, and report generation.
Familiarity with PL/SQL and development within Oracle databases is required.
Experience in API integrations (OPEN API / Web Services) is necessary.
Willingness to travel and engage with clients onsite is expected.
Strong understanding of batch processes (EOD), fee engines, and data extraction methodologies.
Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, version control systems, and release management processes is beneficial.
Assist in release management, system upgrades, and production deployment activities.
Conduct unit testing, support SIT/UAT, and resolve defects as needed.
Work collaboratively with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Offer post-go-live support, including bug fixes and system enhancements.
Avaloq Certification is a valuable asset.
