• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients or customers
• Sales Forecasting: Analyzing market trends and data to forecast sales and set achievable targets
• Training and Development: Training and developing sales team members to enhance their skills and productivity
• Performance Monitoring: Monitoring individual and team performance against sales goals and taking corrective actions when necessary
