Position Summary

This role involves overseeing multiple consulting projects of varying intricacy, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery for clients in the life sciences sector. The position also contributes to business growth initiatives while fostering and enhancing client relationships. Additionally, there may be opportunities to assist in the creation of new service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees project teams, including both internal and external personnel, in the design, development, and execution of client solutions.

• Guides teams in assessing and analyzing client needs or challenges, formulating and pricing proposals that ensure profitability while achieving high client satisfaction, often with minimal senior management oversight.

• Manages the preparation and/or revision of proposals, ensuring overall bid integrity.

• Creates project timelines and deliverables, leading projects to successful completion on time and within budget, with limited guidance from senior management.

• Suggests enhancements and alternative approaches to address challenges.

• Acts as the primary contact for clients.

• Provides high-level insights for the development of client reports and presentations, delivering significant findings to clients.

• Identifies follow-on work and new leads to develop and enhance business opportunities.

• Engages with clients post-project completion to ensure satisfaction with deliverables.

• Actively enhances subject matter expertise through hands-on experience, participation in conferences, symposiums, and other professional knowledge-sharing platforms.

• Takes initiative to mentor, coach, and share subject matter knowledge with colleagues to elevate our ability to deliver exceptional solutions for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required

• Master's Degree Preferred

• 8-12 years of relevant experience, including consulting and life sciences industry background Required

• Exhibits strong project management capabilities along with client relationship-building and influencing skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of IQVIA data assets and core offerings.

• Collaborates effectively and willingly with others across the organization to achieve team objectives.

• Proven experience in establishing consultative relationships with senior-level managers and executives within the life sciences sector.

• Capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.

• Familiar with consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques pertinent to the area of expertise.

• Awareness of key issues and current trends within the life sciences industry.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and client influence skills.

• Maintains a robust network and referral connections.

• Possesses the requisite subject matter expertise and project management skills necessary to effectively oversee projects across multiple Centers of Excellence (CoE).
