Alumni Relations

Key Responsibilities:

• Alumni Engagement:
• Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni and keep them connected to the university.
• Create and distribute regular communications, including newsletters, emails, and social media updates, to keep alumni informed about university news and upcoming events.
• Alumni Database Management:
• Maintain and update the alumni database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information.
• Fundraising and Giving:
• Collaborate with the development team to promote and support alumni giving programs, including annual funds and scholarships.
• Career Services:
• Support alumni career services by organizing career fairs, mentorship programs, and networking opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between alumni and current students for internships, job placements, and career advice.
• Alumni Communication & Marketing:
• Develop and manage alumni-specific content for the university website and social media channels.
• Build alumni-centric content such as success stories, interviews, and articles highlighting alumni achievements.
