Airline Domain Consultant – OOMS | NDC | ONE Order

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Airlines Passenger Domain Consulting professional with 12 18 years of overall IT experience, including 5 years of experience in requirements analysis and management across Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager responsibilities
• The ideal candidate will have strong airline domain expertise, with a focus on Modern Airline Retailing and Offer Order Management Systems (OOMS), including NDC ONE order, dynamic offers and merchandising, dynamic continuous pricing, order-centric servicing, and PSS to Offer Order transformation
• This role requires strong functional knowledge across Network Planning, Revenue Management, Passenger Services, Experience, Ground Operations, Crew Management, and Aircraft Maintenance
• The selected professional will collaborate with senior business stakeholders to define business objectives, requirements, and scope; design future-state processes and solutions; and support transformation delivery across business functions and technology platforms
• Agile project experience is mandatory
• CSM, CSPO, PMP, PgMP, and CBAP certifications are highly desirable
• Knowledge of FLYR and other airline products and applications that support business processes would be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise airline clients on Modern Airline Retailing roadmaps, industry solutions, POCs, POVs, and team enablement
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, scope, requirements, and expectations, and secure necessary sign-offs
• Identify cross-functional requirements and evaluate their impact across processes, operations, and technology platforms
• Create business cases and value propositions, including feasibility gap and business impact analysis
• Document and design as-is and to-be business processes, including process visualizations and business solutions
• Support solution architecture and design through business functional and technical analysis and product modelling
• Lead functional and non-functional requirements elicitation and management, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement
• Customize solution designs and rollout approaches to obtain client approval and support problem and release management
• Support delivery and release management for product launches and operations planning
• Participate in pre-sales activities as required
• Independently manage projects ranging from simple to complex engagements
