AI Engineer

Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated and forward-thinking Gen AI Engineer / Senior Engineer / Lead with practical experience in the development and deployment of Agentic AI systems. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling intelligent agents capable of independently planning, executing, and optimizing tasks across various enterprise applications.

Ideal candidates will possess 5+ years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI models and algorithms, with a particular emphasis on Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and context engineering.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in AI/ML development with a strong foundation in Python.
• Minimum of 5+ years in AI/ML/GenAI domains, including at least 2 years focused on Generative AI.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and memory systems (e.g., vector databases).
• Experience in creating agents utilizing frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or comparable technologies.
• Expertise in Python and relevant Generative AI libraries (Transformers, HuggingFace, OpenAI API, etc.).
• Proven experience in deploying solutions on at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capability to thrive in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Advanced Python programming proficiency.
