Job Description
- Azure Platform Solution Architect & Developer (Developer Experience & Platform Enablement Focus) Highly skilled Azure Platform Solution Architect with a strong hands-on background, dedicated to helping application teams onboard solutions onto a secure, governed Azure platform.
- Serves as a trusted advisor, supporting teams in adopting approved patterns while maintaining balance across governance, scalability, and flexibility. Applies a developer-first mindset and communicates in the language of application teams, delivering practical, usable architecture guidance.
- Experienced with Azure Landing Zones (CAF, Well-Architected Framework), implementing secure-by-default principles through reusable platform patterns and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates. Enhances developer experience by creating self-service capabilities in Backstage, allowing teams to onboard solutions, provision landing zones, and manage RBAC and metadata independently.
- Helps drive subscription vending and automation by integrating APIs, IaC, and policy guardrails into a streamlined end-to-end experience.
- Operates with a code-first, product-oriented mindset, delivering reusable, version-controlled platform capabilities that reduce friction and improve adoption.
- Collaborates across platform, security, and application teams to continuously evolve the platform as a developer-centric product.
- Brings extensive experience from large-scale enterprise environments (multi-tentant and 300+ subscriptions), enabling standardized, automated, and policy-driven platforms that align governance with agility and developer self-service.
